We keep your email so we can send login codes and account messages. We keep the voice references you choose to save. Payment details stay with our payment provider; Deslopify does not store card numbers. The sign-in cookie is httpOnly and lasts thirty days.
The first prompt edit can run in your browser. When a signed-in Pro customer explicitly runs cloud Preflight, Deslopify sends that prompt and the relevant saved references to Amazon Bedrock in our AWS account. According to AWS, Bedrock inputs are not used to train base models and are not shared with model providers.
Prompts are processed to return the requested edit; we do not maintain a prompt-history product. Login codes expire after ten minutes. Webhook delivery IDs are retained for up to 90 days to reject duplicates. Hosting and login email are provided through AWS in ap-south-1.
The Chrome extension can access the composer on ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. It reads your Deslopify session cookie on deslopify.lol so a signed-in Voice set and cloud Preflight can run in those composers. It does not request access to every website and it never activates the host application's Send control.
We do not sell personal data, run advertising, pool customer reference sets, or train a shared public model on your work. Delete your account in Account settings, or email deslopify@neuralway.ai, to remove your profile, saved reference set, outstanding login code, and email lookup.
